We understand that purchasing an item on the internet has some uncertainty. We received many email and feedback from our customers who report to us that when they have received the item it is even more beautiful than they expected or were able to see from the photos on our site. We take particularly care to render the colors as true as possible to the original and the large images of the masks should give you a very good view of the product. It’s very strange that we had to return a mask to our customer but sometimes it happens. Here below you can find our Return Policy for the different situation that can happen with the delivery of our masks.
• If we sent you the wrong item (wrong model or color), you must contact us immediately and send us a picture of the mask. We will check the mistake and exchange it for the right mask. You must return it within 5 days. We will pay the shipping costs.
• If the mask has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us immediately and send us a picture of the mask. We will check the damage and we will provide to exchange it. You must return it within 5 days. We will pay the shipping costs.
• If the item was damaged in transit by FedEx or TNT, please contact us immediately and send us a picture of the damaged box. We will contact the corurier and open with them a practice for returning and give you instructions for returning the merchandise.
• If, upon visual inspection, you don't like the item, you must contact us immediately. We will exchange it for a different mask that is available in our stock. You must return the original mask within 5 days. Shipping costs are not refunded also for the new mask we will send you.
• If you want to return a mask and do not want an exchange (e.g. there may be no time left to receive a substitute), you must contact us immediately. We will refund just the cost minus 20% restocking fee, provided it is returned in original packing and has not been worn at all. You must return the original item within 5 days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
