How can I calculate the costs in the currency I use?
If ordering from outside of Europe the exchange rate will be calculated by your credit card company or bank on the day the order is charged to your account. It is possible to check the exchange rate on the internet using Yahoo Finance
Do you ship Internationally?
We offer shipment all around the world with FedEX and TNT.
The shipment is made within the first 24 hours from when we receive your order and payment. Shipment costs are calculated based on the dimensions and the weight of the order:
- Standard service: 4 days (Europe) / 7 days (USA and rest of the world)
- Express service: 2 days (Europe and USA)
Can I order just one mask?
Yes, we accept retail orders for single items.
Am I a wholesale customer?
If you have a retail store or business or business identification number you qualify for wholesale prices.
Do you have special events packages?
Yes, our artisans are available to create special orders for customers based on the customers design ideas or themes for parties, dances, weddings, birthdays, business functions etc...
Are all your masks made in Venice?
Yes, our masks are all original pieces designed and created by our artisans in the traditional Venetian techniques.
Can the masks be worn?
Yes, all of our masks are designed to be worn and come attached with ribbons to tie the mask in place.
Can I place an order from a military base or APO?
No, unfortunately we are not able to ship your mask to a military base or an APO address all around the world.

The order is normally shipped within the first 24 hours from the moment we received your order and payment. You will receive the tracking number of your order via email once it will be proceeded.
Shipping costs are calculated on the dimensions and the weight of the box we use to safety pack your masks: - Standard service: 4 days (Europe) / 7 days (USA and rest of the world) - Express service: 2 days (Europe and USA) -There are some exceptions.
